Industrial Engineer/ OpEx - Fresh Graduates Welcomed

The Programme

Primary Function:

• Drives and facilitates Operational Excellence (OpEx) throughout AMS site with the deployment of OpEx systems and related tools.
• Responsible for creating an environment and assisting leadership and customers in the timely and successful completion of cost effective, strategic project and business improvement opportunities.
• Acts as a subject matter expert regarding process/continuous improvement methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Lead and support continuous improvement programs and projects. 

What You Will Do

• Lead and support implementation of process improvement projects in the plant to streamline workflow.
• Perform data collection and job re-design for standard work implementation at the shop floor.
• Perform data collection and analysis on long term production issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve the problem.
• Lead, support and run cost improvement projects such as performing trials, engineering studies, flushing reduction projects.
• Manage and continuously improve current site OpEx programs, processes and tools such as OpEx Workstreams, Management Operating Systems, SLAs, etc.
• Conduct Yellow Belt, RCA and 6S training.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduates (Industrial Engineering) are welcomed to apply.
• Preferred - 1 to 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering/OpEx/Manufacturing.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytics skills.
