Alibaba Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Fund is a not-for-profit initiative launched by Alibaba Group in 2015. Our mission is to help Hong Kong-based entrepreneurs and young people realize their dreams and visions for their businesses and communities. We are passionate about fostering the entrepreneurial spirit amongst young people. Through our investment program, we provide Hong Kong-based entrepreneurs with investment capital and strategic guidance to help them grow their businesses and penetrate global markets by utilizing Alibaba’s vast ecosystem. Through our internship program, we offer Hong Kong graduates and students from tertiary institutions a chance to learn with us by providing valuable internship opportunities at Alibaba Group and our affiliate companies.

The Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund is a not-for-profit initiative of Alibaba Group whose mission is to help entrepreneurs and young people realize their dreams and visions. Under the scheme, the Fund provides investment capital, strategic guidance and internship opportunities to help them better achieve their goals.

INVESTMENT PROGRAM

We provide Hong Kong and Taiwan-based entrepreneurs with investment capital and strategic guidance to help them grow their businesses and penetrate global markets by utilizing Alibaba’s vast ecosystem.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM – HONG KONG

We offer graduates and students from Hong Kong tertiary institutions a chance to learn with us by providing valuable internship opportunities at Alibaba Group and our affiliate companies.

Internship Program

When you join our internship program, you will gain practical working experience at Alibaba Group or one of our affiliate companies within our ecosystem to develop skills useful for your career development.

We strongly believe in teamwork and highly encourage innovation. Not only will you work in a team with people from different backgrounds, with different capabilities and passions, you will also work independently.

You will be regarded as a full-time team member. Your skills and perspectives will matter. You’ll have the opportunity to generate ideas, put your ideas to action and deliver those projects to market. You’ll also get unique exposure to China’s dynamic business environment.
