The Programme

This 6-month Internship allows you to be involved by working in a substantial, real-world global financing team with people from all over the world, with the most modern and latest technology and a group of finance genius who think out of the box. 
Interns will have the opportunity to improve your English expression skills, task coordination, and analytical abilities while gaining hands-on experience in real business projects in a global leading company. 

Responsibilities 

• To help China books.协助财务部门处理大中华地区日常财务数据整理统计、汇总和分析工作 
• To help filling China bills.协助处理大中华地区日常订单管理，发票管理及其他财务工作 
• To help concur review.协助财务部整理审批concur系统的数据
• To provide Finance Team with other administrative tasks.协助财务部门处理其他行政类、管理类事务  

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Outstanding university student, can offer at least 3-4 days per week, 5 days is preferred; Can work for 3- 6 months is preferred每周可实习3-4天，5天，能够实习3个月以上者优先考虑 
• Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.沟通能力，人际交往能力。 
• Ability to work independently (without direct supervision) 在主管人员指导下，能够独立完成工作，具备主动性 
• Attention to detail-quality control skills注重细节，善于观察，具备自控力 
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.具备在快速发展的工作环境中工作的能力 
• Basic Accounting Knowledge具备基础财会知识 
• 是财会相关专业，英文至少四级，因为你要在全英文系统中处理订单
