- Initiating corrective and preventive actions based on analysis of customer reported defective returns.
- Representing the customer in the disposition of discrepant material or process
- Helping identify and initiate control actions for non-conforming material or process
- Providing expertise in measurement and analytical techniques, methods and equipment
- Process review to find out the deviation items regularly
- Close communication related quality with customer

- Education/Knowledge: Bachelor, major on engineering
- Experience: 2017 Fresh
- Special Skills or Qualifications that are helpful: Fluent in both written and spoken English, SPC
