You will be exposed to AXA's Direct & Telemarketing team supports inbound and outbound calls, providing one-stop solutions to customers.
What You Will Do
- Understudy sales manager on general insurance telemarketing business prioritization of objectives and initiatives execution.
- Analyse and identify opportunities with partners, recommending commercially viable and innovative solutions for management considerations. Communicate any ideas/feedbacks on reporting formats that can be further improved to reduce turnaround time.
- Exposure to all distribution channels (digital, telemarketing) and new product development.
- Daily administrative / documentation duties & ad hoc projects.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Studies Business, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Economics, Arts and Social Sciences or equivalent.
- Good project coordination and execution skills.
- Analytical, rigorous and detailed oriented.
- Well versed in MS Excel, Powerpoint.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
