Responsibilities

  • Communicate and deliver key messages and unique product profiles of responsible products, with evidence-based clinical study results to hospital professionals to make sure responsible products are justly prescribed and clinically used in a right and safe manner
  • Determine sales potential, priorities, and strategies for your territory and develop a plan for implementing these strategies
  • Ensure the quantity and quality of customer interviews per day are meet the target customer plan
  • Coordinate with RMM to implement and follow up promotional campaigns initiated by marketing
  • Support branding team on marketing tactic plan / project execution
  • Conduct medical information searching and summarize the key points related to marketing strategy by request from branding team
  • Collect market insight & data from different stakeholders and conduct
  • Data analysis under the guidance of Marketing Manager

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Master degree in medical or pharmacy related fields
  • Fluent in English
  • Skillful in PPT & Excel
  • Strong analytical thinking & innovative mindset
  • Good interpersonal skill, team work spirit, learning agility , can-do attitude and can work under high pressure
  • Experience in digital media is nice-to-have
