What You Will Do
- Report to the Head of Department.
- Work with a logistics team in Shanghai.
- Deal with customer complaints.
- Monitor customer’s orders and resolve order problems.
- Prepare sales presentations and product seminars.
Required Skills and Abilities
- University graduate.
- Working experience is not a must but would be an advantage.
- Good command of written English.
- Excellent communication (Fluency in Mandarin).
- Good presentation skill.
- Strong computer skill in MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint and Database processing.
