Internship -Digital Business Operations

The Programme 

DFS is the world's leading luxury retailer serving the travellers in the world. We are currently seeking a Digital Business Operations – full time Intern to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Hong Kong. 

What you will do 

• Assist with regular ROPO refresh project management, follow up with vendor, agency and merchant; 
• IT tickets follow up; Innovation project management communication with OCP, Innovation team & vendor;
• Brand Portal preparation to onboard brands, includes but not limited to: user guide drafting, UAT, provide guidance to brands for self-service & potentially help brands to operate if they don't have resources to support.  

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Student or recent graduate with business, marketing or eCommerce coursework 
• Must be able to work full time from Jan /Feb 2021 for 3 months
