This position supports digitalization of Retail developments, Customer Journeys creation and enhancements. The candidate will participate actively in digitalization projects working with APEC Sales Programs lead and commercial stakeholders in APEC region.
The Trainee will gain Exposure to the following Functional areas:

What You Will Do
- Contribute in solution design to improve Retail customer CX, satisfaction and conversion.
- Leverage on data analytics to develop insights and ways of predictive selling for B2B Customer Journey.
- Join as steering committee member to develop a new multi-levels engagement platform for Retail and small SME shippers.
- Participate in strategies implementation, liaising with APEC countries on feedbacks and queries and support projects deliverables.
Competencies to Learn:
- Learn how to develop new process and improve customer experience.
- Learn program management skills to problem solving and solution thinking through digitalization methods using data.
- Gain experience strategic planning and cultural diversity working with different APEC markets.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing and Entrepreneur.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshoot.
- A keen eye for data analytics and interest in connecting the dots to enrich customer journeys.
