Global Channel Development (Content) Intern
(July – December 2019)

Overview:

The role will be tasked to support the Global Channel Development Manager – Content to build expertise within the foodservice business and drive capability. The right candidate will play a key role in managing the execution of a customer evaluation project globally and improving our communications via an internal online platform.

  • Contribute to meaningful work that will be rolled out in Fonterra’s global markets

What you will do

Key Project:

  • Work with manager to plan for the in-market training of a customer evaluation tool
  • Develop training materials to support teams with appropriate knowledge and tools to enable growth in key markets globally
  • Link Fonterra's opportunities with customers needs, through the customer evaluation tool
  • Plan & implement communications plan for internal online platform
  • Conceptualise ideas and create content to feed into customer engagement materials

Secondary Project:

  • Along with another intern, gain access to customers and/or consumers to work on a project which addresses one of our company’s needs. Present your recommendation to experienced leadership

Required Skills and Abilities

Key Skills / Requirements:

  • Business analysis, Project management, program management, marketing background
  • Communications, Media background is a bonus
  • Passionate about food, prior F&B experience is a strong advantage
  • Strong project management skills with ability to get things done
  • Positive and enthusiastic team player who can collaborate across cultures
  • Strong communication and story-telling skills – able to communicate key findings in succinct and impactful manner
  • Self-motivated and works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent in cognitive thought and problem solving
  • Able to speak and write fluent English, Mandarin
  • Video production experience is a good to have
  • Data visualisation experience, Tableau skills are added advantages
