  • Receive phone calls and handle properly.
  • Deal with all kinds of visitors to the company by providing helpful assistance.
  • Send, receive and deliver mails, faxes, as well as domestic and international courier services.
  • Reserve hotels and air tickets for colleagues.
  • Liaise with printing plants for name card printing.
  • Stationery and mineral water ordering.
  • Payment preparation, such as office rental, building management fee, air-ticket, stationary, name cards, chops, mineral water, express fee payment preparation.
  • Annual leave recording and company memo updating.
  • Contact supplier for office furniture / supply repairing.
  • Invitation Letter preparation for expatriates; Dispatchment Letter preparation for colleagues.
  • Follow up and Sort out the sales daily reports of NC sales team and submit to RSD in time.
  • Help the sales colleagues out of the BJ Office to support their normal work, like sending the catalogues, products sample and so on.
  • Other administrative works.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Fresh graduate with high potential.
  • Proactive and positive.
