Summer Intern
Summer Internship Programme is a unique opportunity to work as an integral member of our team for the entire placement. It is an exciting and rewarding programme during which Interns will be placed with one of our high-performing Divisions/Sections.
The Programme is a full-time paid internship for approximately 2 to 3 months starting in or around June 2022. Interns will receive support, coaching and mentorship, gain practical work experience, and develop new skills to expand their career possibilities. All interns follow two tracks of learning: an in-depth learning and skillset relevant to their role and a broad breadth knowledge of IA’s operations.
Interns will also have the opportunity to participate in challenging projects as part of a successful team. During the Programme, you will join other IA Summer Interns in orientation and training sessions, networking, mentorship pairings, and other programme events.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the daily operations of various Divisions in areas such as:
- File / document management
- Online research
- Statistical analysis
- Data entry
- Event management
- Logistical set-up for meetings and various activities
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Year 2 or 3 of degree programme in finance and banking, insurance, economics, laws, accounting, business administration, actuarial science, computer science, information technology, engineering etc.
- Good academic results
- Passionate about providing service and learning on-the-job
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated and a team player
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Remuneration Package
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidates
