The People function partners with the business to provide an HR operational service focused on achieving the strategic objectives of John Holland through five key specialist areas:

Together they provide the business with an edge in planning, winning and delivering work through the skills, employment initiatives and the development of our people. Each business unit and region in also have their designated People function to provide targeted support to our operations.
As a Human Resources Graduate, you could be based in the office or supporting the HR function directly on site on an Infrastructure, Building or Rail project. You will be providing advice and guidance on a wide range of HR related matters with the opportunity to support the implementation and delivery of development programs and key people initiatives.
