The MUFG Management Trainee Programme is tailored for talented graduates who are keen to embark on a rewarding and challenging career in the banking sector. While developing your expertise through a well-designed curriculum, there will be opportunities to collaborate with our key stakeholders to steer changes and success within MUFG. You will be provided guidance by mentors, interact with senior management and build robust networks to accelerate your growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with less than 1 year’s postgraduate full time work experience;
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in English. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage;
  • Good command of Japanese language for Japanese Corporate Banking stream;
  • Self-motivated and have a genuine interest in pursuing a banking and finance career;
  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills; and
  • Willingness to learn and have a can-do attitude.

Application will close on 30 November 2022. You will be invited for online assessment in early December 2022 and you would be able to indicate your preferred career streams at that stage.
