The Programme 

Organization of internal and external events under the responsibility of the APAC Head of Communications and the Events specialist. 

What You Will Do 

In charge of organizing internal and external events for the APAC platform:

  • Public relations events.
  • Seminars (internal & external).
  • Roadshows.
  • Media events.
  • Internal events - Seminars, trainings, townhalls, End of the Year and Chinese New Year Parties, Work Life Balance week, teambuilding, corporate volunteering days, staff corporate events.
  • CSR events.

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Bachelor degree or above in Marketing/Communications/Public Relations or related disciplines.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels.
  • Flexible team-player with a proactive and positive can-do attitude.
