What you will do
- Develop client pitch books
- Prepare presentation materials
- Construct and maintain financial models (DCF)
- Conduct valuation analysis (trading and transaction comps, discounted cash flow analysis)
- Conduct market / industry research as required for marketing and deal execution
- Assist to prepare other transaction regulatory and marketing materials, such as prospectus documents, teasers, information memorandums, etc.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Masters/University Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline
- Excellent command of written and spoken English while fluency in written and verbal Mandarin would be an advantage
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical ability
- Team player and a self-starter
- Strong Microsoft office skills (PowerPoint / Excel)
- Well-developed organizational skills
- Creative and strong willingness to learn
