Roche Diagnostics is seeking a passionate and energetic student to join its Finance & Commercial Operations Department as a Compliance Intern. This position will report to the Compliance function, and it will provide an exploratory and hands-on experience focused on risk mitigation & monitoring, business partnering, training support & process enhancement. 

What You Will Do 

  • Assist in execution of risk mitigation action plan.
  • Perform compliance monitoring, make use of available data for downstream insights & analysis.
  • Support framework set up & policy development on new business processes.
  • Support continuous improvement & digitalization enhancement project of existing workflows and processes.
  • Assist the Compliance team on business partnering with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects related to the Compliance function/ within the department. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Interest in learning about the role of Compliance at a Medical Device company.
  • Students from reputable universities in relevant fields of study (prefer business, law or finance related major; also open to major in Healthcare Business, Pharmacy/Med, Data Analytics, or related).
  • Ability to learn new things fast.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and business driven approach.
  • Motivated self-starter, acute attention to detail, excellent organizational and project coordination.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, tableau is a plus.

Internship Duration - Jun 2022 – 31 Aug 2022, it will be great if can do part time after Aug 2022.
