The Programme 

The Global Talent Management team is building a world-class talent strategy that aims to maximize our employees’ potential by delivering robust end-to-end talent solutions. Our goal is to create an empowered, agile, innovative workforce to meet the needs of our future workforce.

What you will do 

Responsible for the coordination and administration of Talent Development programs in Singapore and Malaysia, as well as other Asia region. He/she will work in close partnership with program managers, internal customers and participants to plan, develop, implement and evaluate learning programs. 

  • Use Seagate’s existing learning and collaboration tools and platforms to develop simple, intuitive and engaging learner user interfaces 
  • Use instructional design and learning experience to design systematic processes to develop engaging learner experiences 
  • Recommend, curate and author content, sequence, and use a systems approach to suit situation and learners including face-to-face and virtual instruction, micro-learning, eLearning, podcast, social, print, and video 
  • Coordinate with our learning administrators to manage learner enrollments and records 
  • Create and update individual learning program websites 
  • Coordinate training delivery logistics for onsite and virtual sessions 
  • Use data and analytics to understand learner behavior and drive continuous improvement in our learning solutions 
  • Send pre- and post-program communications to participants
  • Deliver and facilitate learning sessions onsite and virtually

Required Skills and Abilities  

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Strong data analytics (specifically Excel pivot table) 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, independent worker 
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, collaborative global team environment 
  • Demonstrated customer focus - proactively finds ways to exceed customer needs 
  • Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles preferred
