Description:

This position reports to the Global Accounts Director (GAD). This role interfaces with customers, internal support team such as sales ops, finance and global delivery. It provides trainee with an opportunity to learn from CFU on end-to-end sales activities from customer engagement, to delivery, operations and billing. 

Competencies: 

Assists and support the GAD and Global Account Manager (GAM):

  • Customer engagement - Providing quotation, answering simple queries during the sales process.
  • Sales Ops - Preparing work orders, liaising with sales ops team and\ suppliers.
  • Sales admin - Track delivery and billing.
  • Finance - Monthly forecast and pipelining. 

Required Skills and Abilities

Recent graduates (2019 to 2021) and those with working experience (graduated 2018 or earlier) may apply. 

Education Qualification - Degree. 

Duration of Traineeship / Attachment Offered - 6 months.

  • Gain knowledge on Singtel solutions and technical knowledge on leading- and cutting-edge technologies such as 5G.
  • How to engage with customer and internal teams.
  • Sales processes and tools.
