Responsibilities 

• Engage with customers on a daily basis  
• New Order processing  
• Open backlog management, order pull in and push out 
• Shipment coordination 
• Escalation if any 
• Liaise with internal supply team to secure supply allocation 
• Ensure quarterly/monthly sales targets are met
• Reporting and analysis 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Bachelor graduate or above;  
• Logical and analytical;  
• Excellent communication skillsets, particularly in English  
• Positive to deal with pressure.
