PERSONAL STATEMENT \nA motivated and committed Computer Networks graduate with a proven ability to effectively evaluate, organize and prioritize a multitude of project simultaneously. My proactive and can do attitude combined with my analytical and organisational skills mean I have the necessary drive to see projects through to completion.     As a steward I am the first port of call for all customers thus it important that put into practice my customer service skills\r\nGiven my customer service background I am able to make deal with conflict should they arise.\r\nAs I am dealing with customer on a daily basis I have further developed my communication skills so that I am not only commanding and articulate but I am also a pro-active listener. \r\nG4S is a 0 hours job enabling me to work as many hours as I can, which has been particularly helpful balancing my work with University commitments.\r\n

    Primark is one of the country\u2019s largest retail stores and I was employed during the busy Christmas period. My main responsibilities while working at Primark are as followed. \r\nProcessing sales and assisting customers with their enquires \r\nFolding clothes that have been left untidy in my department, making sure my department is always presentable as well as ensuring customers could always find what they are looking \r\nEnjoyed working as part of a team and with from many different backgrounds\r\nHighly developed interpersonal skills acquired as a result of working in such a high pressured environment \r\nImproved my interpersonal skills through daily contact with customers, whilst working on the cash registers \r\nMy work in customer services helping clients who on occasion could be aggressive, means that I am capable of dealing with conflict should it arise\r\n

    AQA is one the country\u2019s leading exam boards, responsible for marking GCSE and A-Level exam and coursework papers. My main responsibilities while working at AQA were as followed. \r\nInputting data onto the AQA system; I would input remarked grades onto the AQA database \r\nProof reading exam papers and coursework to make sure that they were correctly marked \r\nEnsuring students were present on the attendance register.\r\nAdding up the correct marks and ensuring they are the same marks as on the exam paper. \r\nChecking coursework marks to ensure that they were all correct, and if not I had the responsibility to correct any mistakes \r\nArchiving old exam papers and locating specific exam papers \r\nCataloging attendance records for all the high schools serviced by AQA Manchester \r\nFiling, faxing and performing other clerical tasks in a busy office environment\r\n
